Screencast of the problem

`Info.plist` editor tabs disappear with no indicator if the Visual Studio window width is too narrow

## Regression status: not an immediate regression

BAD: XamarinVS (c7ebc0f)
BAD: XamarinVS (1390b70)

## Steps to replicate

1. Open Visual Studio on a screen that is an RDP session or a physical screen that is at least 1600 pixels wide. Expand the window to the full size of the screen but do not maximize it.

2. Open an `Info.plist` file from an iOS project in the PList editor in Visual Studio.

3. Drag the bottom right corner of the Visual Studio window up and to the left to reduce the width and height of the window.

## Results

The tabs on the left side of the PList editor ("iPhone Icons", "Entitlements", "Map Integration", and "Background Modes") disappear at a certain window with. After the tabs disappear the window provides no visual indication that there is any missing content.

This problem has been resolved for me by the fix for Bug 38433. The tabs now always remain visible regardless of the window size.
