When using the “Publish Android App” feature under Tools > Android, the subsequent build that is packaged is a debug build, leading to rejection
# Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a blank Android Project
2. Set to Release
3. Select Tools > Android > Publish Android App
4. Select/Create a keystone
5. Finalize publishing
# Expected Results
The subsequently packaged APK should be a release build, with no debug flags
# Actual Results
The build is a debug build
