Background color broken on iOS
Tested on 184.108.40.20608-pre3 with iOS 9.2
By default, iOS sets the background color to white. I'm setting it to Color.Fuchsia in App.cs, but it doesn't work. I created a custom renderer. Please see CustomCarouselPageRenderer.cs. You can uncomment background color change to see that the background is changing via custom renderer. To see the background color, you need to swipe far left or far right to reach the end of UIScrollView.
Android works fine. To see this, you can set one of the content page's background color to Transparent.
iOS needs to be fixed.
Should be fixed in 2.2.0 pre1
