When you open the Update dialog in XS and expand a given update, any visible links are extremely hard to click while there are updates downloading. Once all downloads complete, the links appear to behave as expected.
I'm not sure if this has to do with the repainting of the dialog while the updates are downloading (to show progress).
I've seen this behavior in XS on Windows as well as XS on OSX. I also remember seeing this quite a long time ago, so I think this bug has existed for a while.
Confirmed my earlier suspicion, what's happening is that when the update window repaints because of a download progress bar update, the cursor appears to no longer recognize that it's sitting over a link, so clicking does nothing. You have to move the mouse and click before the next repaint in order to activate the link, which is quite difficult to do when there are multiple updates downloading.
