On WinRT, the Switch control has extra padding on the right of it than in WP8 or native WinRT.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the attached WinRT project
### Expected Results
The Switch control's padding on the right should be equal to on the left. Run the attached WP8 project to see this example.
### Actual Results
The Switch control has extra padding on the right. Setting the background on the control helps show the extra padding.
### Environment Info
I tested this with the stable 2.0.1 release and 2.1-pre2 version.
I can no longer reproduce this issue with Forms 2.3.3.
