Test project

## Description

The context menu displays differently when MainActivity inherits from FormsAppCompatActivity versus FormsApplicationActivity.

Description from reporting customer:

"When using FormsAppCompatActivity, with a Toolbar, we are experiencing an
unwanted behavior. The Context Menu is shown above the toolbar. The Status
bar (blue colored strip) is also shown below the context menu.

To see an example, in the XForms demo app, please navigate to the Default
Page and long click a list view item.

To see how it used to look (preferred behavior), please add ISOLDSTYLE to
the build conditional compilation symbols.

Please advise how to resolve the issue with FormsAppCompatActivity."

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open the attached test project in Visual Studio (I could not get this test project to run in Xamarin Studio on Mac, caused the emulator to crash, but worked fine in VS with the Microsoft Android emulator)

2. Launch the test project to an emulator (I used the VS Emulator 7" Lollipop (5.1.1) XHDPI Tablet)

3. Open the Master menu and select "Default Page"

4. Long click on a list item.

Expected result: Main view does not move and context menu replaces action bar.

Actual result: Main view, status bar (blue band), and action bar slide down a bit and the context menu is placed above the Action bar.

Note: to see the expected result, uncomment line 1, `#define ISOLDSTYLE`, of MainActivity.cs in the Android project.

Please make sure this is in your style:

<item name="windowActionModeOverlay">true</item>

Turns out the docs were missing it in the guide and this causes this issue.
