On WinPhone 8.1, with an ActionSheet on display, rotating the phone from landscape to portrait (or the other way around) results in the ActionSheet being closed. This should not happen (IMHO).

This issue has been filed for some time and I'm not sure if this is still occurring; for some reason I've been having issues deploying to the phone for both 8.1 and UWP, although I was able to get UWP to run and it doesn't seem to be occurring there (the ActionSheet stays open). That said, there's a Platform for each, so it could still be an issue. Wanted to acknowledge that I'm looking into it and if you can't confirm sooner, hopefully I can figure out what's going on that the deployment isn't playing nicely.

The steps for deploying to physical phone changed recently (possibly with Creators update?). Type "For Developers" into Cortana and it will get you to the settings page that you need. The device needs to be connected via USB, not WiFi.

As for this bug - it seems to be ok on UWP in XF 2.3.4, so this bug can be closed (I don't build for 8.1 anymore).

The action sheet on physical phone looks horrible, but that's for investigating separately - not part of this bug.
