Fix Edit and View menu items

I've been having a go at trying out MonoDevelop. There are a few items in the menus that don't follow the same general conventions as the rest (e.g., "Assembly browser" instead of "Assembly Browser").

This bug is more or less 1 part stupid polish[1] fixes, and 4 parts of me trying to suss out the health/pathology of the project before investing significant time into making more substantial changes. Part of that itself includes figuring out whether or not you're actually still accepting patches like it says in the README, or if you've taken on the "we're not interested in fixes from people who aren't GitHub users" stance that every project seem to be adopting lately.

Here are some patches.

I committed the first patch as is, and the second with some changes. For more complex changes I fear we'd require a real Pull Request, since that's part of our development workflow.
