MasterBehavior property doesn't change anything. For Android hamburger-menu is always displayed as 'Popover' and for iOS as 'Split'.

I have tried to reproduce this issue but I am not able to reproduce this issue.
Could you please provide us sample project? so that we reproduce this issue at our end.

Sorry for the delay. I attached a sample project, where MasterBehavior is set to "Popover" but it is still displayed like Split on iPhone 6S (check out the screenshot).

Where are you setting MasterBehavior in your repro? I could not see it. Also, if you are using the Default enumeration, then it defaults to whatever each platform uses by default.

MasterBehavior is only for the iPad, and is not supposed to do anything on the iPhone
