When I set a button's WidthRequest, the width is never applied on WP.
Only if I use a custom renderer and set 'Control.Width = formsButton.WidthRequest', the width is supplied correctly.
Jorrit, can you provide a reduced reproduction of your issue with actual and expected behavior? There are a number of factors that affect layout so it's hard to say if what you are seeing is a bug or just an odd confluence of the options you chose.
For example, if you create a blank forms project and add a button to the StackLayout, set it's WidthRequest you'll see you're unable to alter the button width. If however you set the StackLayout.HorizontalOptions to LayoutOptions.Center then the button width will start to change.
Assigned to you as you were last to requeste info for this bug.
Because we have not received a reply to our request for more information we are closing this issue. If you are still encountering this issue, please reopen the ticket with the requested information. Thanks!
