Description andrej.fiser 2015-12-11 15:12:14 UTC
This code will crash on stable channel Mono 4.2.1 (explicit/6dd2d0d)

using System;
using System.Threading.Tasks;
using System.Collections.Generic;

namespace CompilerBug2
	class MainClass
		public static void Main (string[] args)
			List<int> ss = null;
			var implementor = new Implementor ();
			var t = implementor.GetTotalSecondsByReportIdsAsync (ss?.ToArray ()).Result;

	public class Implementor{
		public Task<int> GetTotalSecondsByReportIdsAsync (int[] reportIds)
			throw new NotImplementedException ();
Comment 1 andrej.fiser 2015-12-11 15:15:55 UTC
I forgot to add that it works ok if you omit the ? in the function call:

implementor.GetTotalSecondsByReportIdsAsync (ss.ToArray ()).Result;

Doesn't work:
implementor.GetTotalSecondsByReportIdsAsync (ss?.ToArray ()).Result;

Already fixed in mono master
