If you change the casing on a file, and then revert the casing, a file already exists error is thrown

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new solutions and add example.cs
2. Attempt to rename to Example.cs
3. Notice error that file already exists
4. Edit the rename field back to example.cs
5. File already exists error is thrown

### Expected Results

I have checked this issue with the latest C7 build:
XamarinStudio-6.0.0.5153_7736bf5bec0763fc10d61dfe9c9568adc2c1a5c6. Now this issue is working fine. Here screencast for the same: http://www.screencast.com/t/sGkPF9e2Ardq

Hence closing this issue.

Thanks!
