Math.Round(0.5, 0, MidpointRounding.AwayFromZero) results in 0 when it should result in 1.

Taken from duplicate bug 3663:

Rounding of 0.5 away from zero gives 1 as expected in Microsoft VC# but 0 in

Please note. The platform states PC Windows but this exists on Linux as well.

Please note that the happened in the case of digits == 0 (and using overload with digits) as the midpoint rounding mode was lost between calls.
