MonoTouch 5.2.5 | iOS 5.0.1 | iPad 1 | MacOS 10.6.8 | MonoDevelop | Mono 2.10.8

I get the following error after deployment to my iPad for one of my projects. The app does not start and if I try to start it manually on the device I just get a black screen. It works fine in the simulator. I just checked with another project (one which I just tested on the same device a few days ago, and it worked fine then), and the same problem is occurring. Also with this other project, it uploaded a second copy of the application to the device, rather than replacing the one that was already there!

Please ensure your device is connected...

Which version of Xcode do you have installed?

We only support newer releases of Xcode (4.2 / 4.3) with MonoTouch 5.

You can either get Xcode 4.3 from the AppStore (for free), or download an older version of MonoTouch (4) from your Xamarin Store account.
