Currently, in monodevelop addins there is no way to have support packages that can be referenced from projects and copied to the output directory when building your project.

The MonoMac addin for example, has a hack to locally copy the MonoMac.dll into the output directory when compiling.

It would be nice if there was a way to do this without having to create a new project type, so that addins can include dlls that are usable as a project reference.

Local copy flag can now be set for any kind of reference.
