Find references does not find methods that implement/override the selected method.
See pull request #152 https://github.com/mono/monodevelop/pull/152 for a possible fix.

No, this bug is actually quite easy to find & fix. 
I'm currently on the change method signature refactoring operation for C#, so I just try to fix any problem that I encounter or report it if I cannot fix it.
