Description Alessandro 2015-11-26 15:38:04 UTC
I have 2 files in iOS Project

en.lproj/InfoPList.string and it.lproj/InfoPList.string

Now with XF 2.0 I am not able to build the project.

I have this error

/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/iOS/Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets: Error: Tool exited with code: 1. Output: Resources/en.lproj/InfoPList.strings: Property List error: Unexpected character C at line 1 / JSON error: JSON text did not start with array or object and option to allow fragments not set.

The content of files is

CFBundleDisplayName = “Geo Badge”;

A reproduction project would be much appreciated in helping to investigate this issue, if possible. Did you make any specific changes to the plist file before upgrading to 2.0? If you downgrade to 1.5.1, does it work again?
Comment 2 Matteo Pezzoli 2015-11-27 05:39:21 UTC

The file InfoPList.string contained quotes that the software did not accept. We replaced the quotes with the correct ones.

Thanks for the update.
