Description Paul Johnson 2015-11-26 10:33:18 UTC
I have a simple custom renderer that moves the TabBar on iOS to the top of the screen. It works fine. However, if a ListView is placed under it and a background set on the ListView, the ListView only extends to where the tab bar was originally rather than full screen.

The source demonstrating this issue can be found here : https://github.com/nodoid/TabBarCustomViews

I have altered the code to alter the NativeView rather than the code presented but this still gives the "dead space" at the end of the page.

I had this problem and solved it by adding this function to the TabbedRenderer:

public override void ViewDidLayoutSubviews()

	if (View != null && View.Subviews != null && View.Subviews.Length > 0)
		View.Subviews[0].Frame = new CGRect(0.0f, height, View.Frame.Width, View.Frame.Height - height);

Sorry, where the variable 'height' is the height of the custom TabBar.

Nice work around :) Doesn't really fix the bug though :(
