Description FieldstrikeMobile 2015-11-19 03:51:11 UTC
Every time I upgrade to V2 using Visual studio 2015 something locks the file and produces

warning MSB3026: Could not copy "D:\tfs\MyApp\MyApp-FormsV2Testing\packages\Xamarin.Forms.\lib\portable-win+net45+wp80+win81+wpa81+MonoAndroid10+MonoTouch10+Xamarin.iOS10\Xamarin.Forms.Core.dll" to "bin\Debug\Xamarin.Forms.Core.dll". Beginning retry 1 in 1000ms. The process cannot access the file 'bin\Debug\Xamarin.Forms.Core.dll' because it is being used by another process.

the file is always in use when visual studio is open.

To solve this I have to close visual studio, copy the file across manually to all debug folders and reopen visual studio

Deleting and re-downloading the packages folder fixes this, So I'm not sure what is going on here?
