Sample Project

After deleting the "bin" directory, but leaving the "obj" directory, a rebuild of an IPA file will result in it being rejected by App Loader because of the following error message "A sealed resource is missing or invalid".

**Steps to Reproduce:**

1. Build the release version of the attached sample app.
2. Delete the bin folder (keep the obj folder)
3. Build the release version again (with “Build all”)
4. Use the Archive Utility to get the payload of the IPA
5. Validate the app (from the IPA) with codesign –vvvv SignTest.app

**Actual Results:**

codesign -vvvv Payload/SignTest.app
Payload/SignTest.app: a sealed resource is missing or invalid
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-32/I18N.CJK.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-32/I18N.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-32/I18N.MidEast.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-32/I18N.Rare.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-32/I18N.West.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-32/I18N.Other.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-64/I18N.CJK.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-64/I18N.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-64/I18N.MidEast.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-64/I18N.Other.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-64/I18N.West.dll
file added: /Users/johnmiller/Downloads/SignTest-invalid copy/Payload/SignTest.app/.monotouch-64/I18N.Rare.dll

**Expected Results:**

codesign should output something like this instead:

Payload/SignTest.app: valid on disk
Payload/SignTest.app: satisfies its Designated Requirement

Deleting both the bin and obj will make sure this does not happen. It seems that leaving the obj, but deleting the bin, something is not rebuilt.
