[XVS 4.0] DocsSync creates a "docsync.log" file in current iOS solution directory

## Regression status: regression in XVS 4.0

## Steps I was following when I noticed the file

1. Install the Cycle 6 Stable builds on Mac and Windows.

2. Open a previously created "new from template" Unified API, Single View, iPhone project in Visual Studio.

3. Pair with the build host.

4. Un-pair and re-pair with the build host.

5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 a few times.

My suspicion is that it's only necessary to allow the DocsSync to complete some certain tasks after connecting to the build host 1 time. So I bet most of my steps are unnecessary.

## Results

A file named "docsync.log" appears in the solution directory.

In my most observation of the problem, the file contains the following lines:

> Xamarin.VisualStudio.iOS.DocSync.Model.DocumentationExtractor Information: 0 : [2015-11-17 13:46:58.2284] Extracting documentation from C:\Users\Windows User\AppData\Local\Temp\Xamarin\031-07735-A.dmg to C:\Users\Windows User\AppData\Local\Temp\Xamarin\DocSet
