There's a ListView bug (at least with 1.5.1.) on Android 6. On top and below the content of the ListView, there's a spacing with the size of the screen height. So, when you open a page with a ListView, you see nothing and have to scroll down to see the actual content.

You can simply reprocue it with the the FormsGallery Sample in the Emulator (Google APIs Level 23, Google APIs Intel Atom x86_64 Image)
