repro solution

### Overview
Dynamically adding a ContentPage with a disabled ListView to a CarouselPage will cause the app to crash on WinRT with the exception message:

> "No installed components were detected. Cannot resolve TargetName NormalRectangle."

I tested this with Forms 1.5.1 and 1.5.2-pre2.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the WinRT project in the attached repro project
2. Press "Add Enabled ListView Page" and swipe to confirm it was added
3. Press "Add Disabled ListView Page"

### Actual Results
The app will crash when trying to add the page with the disabled ListView. This seems to only happen if the disabled ListView has its ItemSource set however. If you comment out the ItemSource declaration, the app will add the page without any issues.

### Expected Results
The app does not crash.

Comment 1 Jimmy [MSFT] 2016-10-31 20:31:07 UTC
Still reproducible on Forms 2.3.3-pre3. Also this issue does _not_ occur on UWP.
Comment 2 Rui Marinho 2017-06-19 15:21:20 UTC
Still on 2.3.4
