### Overview
On Xamarin.Forms WinRT apps that use a Grid with one or more rows set to ‘*’, the page’s layout looks like it extends beyond the bottom of the screen and hides any elements that are placed at the bottom of the layout.

This seems to only happen when the page is pushed modally though. And it also happens with StackLayouts if their VerticalOptions are set to FillAndExpand (also demonstrated in sample solution).

However, I did also notice that other pages with Grids/StackLayouts that are pushed normally would start showing the same issue after I pushed a page modally.

I tested this using Forms 1.5.1 and 1.5.2-pre1. The issue does occur in WP8 SL projects either.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the WinRT project in the attached solution.
2. Select “Push Grid Async”
3. Go back to the previous screen
4. Select “Push Grid ModalAsync”
5. Return to the previous screen, and select “Push Async” again

### Actual Results
When the page is pushed modally, the elements at the bottom of the layout that were visible when the page was navigated to normally are now hidden. Looking closely, it seems like they are rendered, however just below the screen’s height.

Also, when the page is subsequently pushed normally, it begins to demonstrate the same layout issue, even though it previously did not.

### Expected Results
The Grid’s row heights are calculated correctly so that all rows are visible on the screen.
