Keyline add icon.

When I open the Material Design Grid popover, I click the "+" to add another keyline, but nothing happens. Similarly, adding another spacing (via "+") does not appear to work.

I tried removing the first keyline and then adding it back -- still no joy. I can remove all keylines and have no way to add them back. It feels like the "+" is missing an event handler because it doesn't seem to react to a mouse click. Disabling/enabling the grid makes no difference.

Another interesting observation:

When I remove all keylines, save the solution, then open the solution again, the keylines that I removed are all back. Shouldn't these changes be permanent?

Hey Mark, '+' button does not add the keylines until Offset is not added. Here is the screeencast which shows the behavoiour of working of '+' button.
