Description of Problem:
After selecting 'Debug' configuration and Microsoft .NET target, debug of application fails

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select Debug configuration
2. Select Microsoft .NET target/runtime
3. Hit Run->Debug

Actual Results:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070032): The request is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070032)

Not a dup. This exception has been reported against 4.0: http://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/1491/xamarin-studio-and-debugging-asp-net-mvc-yields-0x80070032#latest

According to http://community.sharpdevelop.net/forums/p/11483/31400.aspx it looks like this is caused when trying to debug 64bit

Are you building for 64bit? or 32bit? Can you try targeting 32bit?

I tested this and it occurs on 32bit too.
