Description Jeffrey Stedfast 2012-02-17 14:27:28 UTC
If you launch a fresh install of Xcode 4.3 (i.e. never been run before), MonoDevelop times out trying to launch Xcode.

This happens because Xcode takes extra time to initialize (presumably writing out config files and such).

Might also be because Xcode is prompting the user for info. I'll need to actually install Xcode 4.3 and launch it to see what else it does during startup.

Okay, so...

The first time you launch Xcode 4.3, you have to go through a wizard.

This doesn't seem to be an issue in monodevelop master
