I just upgraded to the latest Xamarin Studio (5.9.7, Xamarin.iOS 22.214.171.124) and am getting a warning:
Resources/Images.xcassets: Warning: The app icon set "AppIcons" has an unassigned child.
I have Deployment Target set to 7.0 in info.plist
I have all the necessary icons set in Contents.json, i.e. 13 icons set in this pattern:
+ + + + + - - + +
+ + + + - - - - + +
I didn't get any warning in the previous version I was using: Xamarin Studio 5.9.4 (Xamarin.iOS 126.96.36.199) so looks like this problem has been introduced in this release.
Is this the same issue as this bug report?
I am still getting the warning:
The app icon set "AppIcons" has an unassigned child.
in Xamarin Studio 5.10.1
Should I do a separate bug report?
@BB: please fill a separate bug for the AppIcons issue and be sure to specify if you can reproduce it in XS or VS.
I'm no longer getting this warning in XS 5.10.2. Thanks.
