ButtonRenderer on iOS should unhook event handlers in OnElementChanged as well as in Dispose(). Otherwise including a Button in a ListView will cause the renderer to send events to multiple instances of the Element object as the Cell (and hence the Button on the CellView) is recycled.
I see no issue related to hooking or unhooking event handlers in our iOS Button Renderer. So, unless you can produce a code sample triggering the issue you're reporting, I'm closing this bug as invalid.
