using System.Diagnostics;

class D
    [DebuggerBrowsable(DebuggerBrowsableState.Never)]  // Cannot complete Never
    public static string y = "Test";

    static void Main()
		var d = new D ();

Is missing in the AST. Can you make that:

using System.Diagnostics;

class D
    [DebuggerBrowsable(DebuggerBrowsableState.)]  // Cannot complete Never

Shows up in the AST ?

Ignore the last comment, I just try to parse:

using System.Diagnostics;

class D
    [DebuggerBrowsable(DebuggerBrowsableState.A)]  // Cannot complete Never
