Description Shaun 2015-10-16 09:46:38 UTC
After installing the latest Xcode and Xamarin releases, I am not able to deploy to the app store because of CFBundleExecutable key errors with the Xamarin Google Plus nuget dll's. I am using the google nuget API's reference
from the following Xamarin article....

I am using these updated dll's to help get around the fact that the Xamarin component opens a page in
the browser rather than within the app on the device. How can I get around
these errors? Are these dll's being updated as well? Currently I am unable to
deploy to the App Store.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Shaun,

Which version of Google.Plus did you use when you got the error? A new version of Google.Plus was released a few days ago on NuGet that contains the fix about the CFBundleExecutable key.

Hi Isreal,

I was using the beta 1 versions and I do see there are new versions now as of Oct 15th. I am going to try those this morning.

Any issue with the G.Plus dll?

The new .dll's worked. I am now able to upload to the app store.

Thanks again,

Thanks a lot for your reply. That's good news.

Any issue with any of the Google APIs dll, please, file a new bug.

Happy coding!
