Visual Studio solution

When binding a ListView to an ObservableCollection and the items are moved using Move method(see link below) there are various bugs.

1)The whole list is refreshed, and it's very slow. (The same in Android works fine)
2)The scroll position is lost (The same in Android works fine)
3)An exception is raised after moving the items various times "System.AccessViolationException was unhandled
Message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.AccessViolationException' occurred in System.Windows.ni.dll
Additional information: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."
4)Layout cycle if no RowHeight is specified.

In order to reproduce 1) press the up/down buttons in the right of the list. In order to reproduce 2)scroll down and press any of the up/down buttons. In order to reproduce 3) do the same as 1 multiple times. In order to reproduce 4 remove the following lines in Main.xaml <ListView.RowHeight><OnPlatform x:TypeArguments="x:Int32" iOS="-1" Android="-1" WinPhone="70"/></ListView.RowHeight>

I have the exact same issue here. The exception "System.AccessViolationException" is thrown when scrolling or moving items around a ListView and the app crashes. Any update on this?

I think the 1,2 are the same as : https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=41975

WP8 is deprecated (https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/xamarin-forms/getting-started/installation/#Windows_Phone_8_Silverlight) and as such this is being closed.
