*Description

When adding files via a Right-click -> Add Files, all of the designer.cs code-behind files are displayed as siblings to other files instead of a child of it's respective ViewController.cs

*Expected Structure

ViewController2.cs
   > ViewController2.designer.cs

*Current Structure

ViewController.designer.cs
ViewController2.cs
ViewController2.designer.cs

*Reproduction Steps:

* Created a single view app
* Opened the storyboard in XS
* Added ViewController2 from XS designer
* Copied ViewController2.cs and ViewController2.designer.cs as ViewController3…
* R-click project->Add Files and added ViewController3*
