Using Medium font instead of default size causes Label Text to clip in StackLayout.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Run the Windows app on a Windows simulator (not windows phone)
   2. Press the Main Page button to show the menu.
   3. Select the Text Cutoff option
   4. Press the button on the detail side to load another GUID.

**Actual Results:**

   The first display is OK.
Repeated presses of the button to load new strings will show the clipping.
   See attached images.

**Expected Results:**

Height of StackLayout should expand to allow for room.

**Build Date & Platform:**

   XF 1.5.0
   Windows 8 RT
