Nullref! What repro do u need ? Check the code, ensure that u throw proper exceptions.

Can you provide the code that initiates this web request?

It's very hard to tell what situation is triggering this error. Without actually knowing what you're trying to do, it's hard to tell how our code is misbehaving.
