Description Ota Mares 2015-09-23 11:35:52 UTC
After updating the Xamarin Support Library v4 from the stable version 22.2.1 to the latest RC 23.0.1-rc2 we are getting following error, that prevents us from compiling the app:

ExtendedListViewRenderer.cs(45,45): Error CS0012: The type `Android.Support.V4.Widget.SwipeRefreshLayout.IOnRefreshListener' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. Consider adding a reference to assembly `Xamarin.Android.Support.v4, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' (CS0012) (RebuyApp.Android)

My wild guess would be that the RC seems to be missing the corresponding class :)

Our project is based on Xamarin.Forms 1.5.0. The code affected by the issue is a custom renderer:

using System;
using Xamarin.Forms;
using Xamarin.Forms.Platform.Android;
using RebuyApp.Common.Views;

[assembly: ExportRendererAttribute(typeof(ExtendedListView), typeof(RebuyApp.Android.Renderers.ExtendedListViewRenderer))]
namespace RebuyApp.Android.Renderers
    public class ExtendedListViewRenderer : ListViewRenderer
        protected override void OnElementChanged(ElementChangedEventArgs<ListView> e)
            if (Control != null) {
                Control.LongClickable = false;
