After todays update of xamarin on the iOS side, my soft have problem with NSData.FromUrl(... that always returns null for correct urls. Did some of You have similar problems?
I suspect your URL is using HTTP.
By default iOS 9 disallow HTTP access to download content. You need to either
swicth to HTTPS (Apple's preference) or opt-in to continue using unsecured
by modifying your Info.plist, see ""App Transport Security has blocked a
cleartext HTTP (http://) resource load since it is insecure." in XI 9.0 release
post on the forums.
Only one thing after monday xamarin update and xcode update, on iOS. There was a strange behave when I open view controllers in xCode, because images for my backgrounds and buttons are not loaded correctly. And ewerywhere are question marks. Is there some solution for that ?
Another bug was filled for comment #2. I assume that the NSData issue was fixed by the Info.plist change (since no further indication was given). If not then please attach a test case and re-open this bug. Thanks
