Stripe component has a StripeView, that contains Card property. This property isn't bindable which makes it impractical to use in Xamarin.Forms without hacky solutions.
Comment 1 David Humphreys 2016-01-07 22:47:57 UTC
The stripe component is not designed/tested to work with Xamarin.Forms which would explain why the property is not bindable.

In the future a Xamarin.Forms version of the component would need to created to implement all the required functionality.
