Should be fixed by master / da39974bb612875ca7de8a030d66002ec9bd6021. Also in C6.

I have checked tis issue with cycle 6 build
xamarin.mac- and observed that
this issue no longer exist with this build. I observed that user is able to build and run the Xamarin.Mac Cocoa project with farget framework to XM 4.5, with Indie license. Please refer the screencast: http://www.screencast.com/t/bCp7bsIn6fs

This issue has been fixed, hence I am closing this issue.
