On Chrome 45, I listen tcp and use sslstream decode https request, but chrome throw error "ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION", and mono message "Unsupported security protocol type", chrome and mono suppert tls1.0 , but mono on finished after close connection ,I upload cpap

Known issue, Mono currently only implements up to version 1.0.

There is a new 1.2 driver, you can try it like this:
