### Description

Using the latest Alpha, changing a resource XML requires a clean and then build, for the changes to be recognized

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure latest alpha is installed
2. Use an app that uses Color.xml such as: https://github.com/xamarin/monodroid-samples/tree/master/SkeletonApp
3. Edit color resource

### Expected Results

Running should reflect changes in color XML

### Actual Results

Changes are not reflected until clean -> build
