### Description

The following app scales an image, which on Android, will cause the image to bleed beyond the bounds of its container element. However, this does not occur on iOS

1. Download sample
2. Deploy to Android emulator (API 19 used in video)
3. Click "Scale"

### Expected Results

The Xamarin logo should scale, but stay within its container

### Actual Results

The logo scales but bleeds beyond its container

I was having problems running the Android project in the sample you provided, but copied it over to a new project and deployed to a device and am seeing the same issue using
