Repro code Windows

We have a grid (or absolute layout) that has multiple children stacked on top of eachother.
The first (and lowest) child is a contentview with a purple color, the second (and top) child is a ScrollView with some content and isVisible = false.

Supposed outcome:
Since the scrollview is invisble we should see the purple contentview.

Actual outcome:
We see a blank page.

Additional notes:
*It still worked with Xamarin Forms but not as of and later
*Replacing the ScrollView with a ContentView or StackLayout would show the correct behaviour.
*If you have a Scrollview with no content it will also work as expected.

Thank you for taking the time to submit the bug. We tried to reproduce the issue you reported but were unable given the description. If you could please attach a reproduction to the bug by starting with a clean Xamarin.Forms project and adding just the code necessary to demonstrate the issue we would very much appreciate it.

Warm regards,
Xamarin Forms Team

I have tried this again with the latest version of Xamarin Forms at this moment and it seems to be fixed.
