This shows up in the corlib test suite:

    ../../../../mono/mcs/class/corlib/Test/System/MathTest.cs(533,11): error CS0117: `NUnit.Framework.Assert' does not contain a definition for `IsNaN'
    ../../../../mono/mcs/class/corlib/Test/System/TimeZoneInfoTest.cs(700,12): error CS0117: `NUnit.Framework.Assert' does not contain a definition for `IsNotEmpty’

Not sure what version is used on XI, so I'm marking this as "needinfo".

FWIW, when I build `xamarin-macios` locally, it looks like it grabs packages/NUnit.2.6.4 and when I install _that_, I can see that it has the `IsNaN` and `IsNotEmpty` methods.
