Create a new Monodroid 5.1 project and try installing Xamarin.TestCloud.Agent. You'll get this:

Install failed. Rolling back...
Could not install package 'Xamarin.TestCloud.Agent 0.14.1'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets 'MonoAndroid,Version=v5.1', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.

The Xamarin.TestCloud.Agent NuGet package is only needed for iOS projects. It cannot be installed into an Android project.

If you are creating a UITest for Android you just need a UITest project with the Xamarin.UITest NuGet package installed. The UITest project can then reference the Android project (open Unit Tests window, right click Test Apps and select Add App Project and check the Android project).

You do not need to add anything to the Android project in order to run UITests or for it to be uploaded to Test Cloud.

Yes, the examples I found implicitly confirmed it. Thanks.
