As discussed in IRC, the F# packages for Linux don't contain the $prefix/lib/mono/Reference Assemblies folder (while Mac does). The folder is created by the makefile here:


This makes F# builds targeting the portable profile fail because it can't find files like:

> HintPath /usr/lib/mono/xbuild/../Reference Assemblies/Microsoft/FSharp/.NETCore/ does not exist.

@Jo thanks! Could we add this as a dependency of `fsharp` so people don't need to manually install it?
