Test Project

## Description

App crashes (iOS only) when flicking or scrolling quickly through a TableView that has Pickers in the cell. The app crashes with exception noted below.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open attached test project and restore packages.

2. Deploy iOS app project to simulator or device.

3. Scroll quickly up and down a few times on the TableView

Expected result: tableView will continue to scroll without app crashing.

Actual result: app crashes with below exception.

## Notes

Forms version is Originally the project had the TableView in a StackLayout and then in a ScrollView. I eliminated the ScrollView and the Stacklayout to see if the issue was with the nesting, but the issue remained even when the TableView is the only thing in the ContentPage. Test project reflects these changes, i.e. only a TableView in a ContentPage.

I have checked this issue with Xamarin.Forms 1.5.2-pre1 and its working fine.

Hence closing this issue.
