Run the test app. When it finishes loading it sends a local notification of type 2 (Targeted Message). Tap the "Send Notification" button to send a local notification of type 1 (Announcement). Open the notifications and tap on the announcement. The Type that comes thought the Intent.Extras is Targeted Message, but it should be Announcement.
Hit the hardware back button, then open the notifications and tap the Targeted message. It will dismiss but the intent is not called.
Tap the "Send Notification" button again, then tap the resulting notification. This time the intent will open and the type passed by Intent.Extras is Announcement.
From what I can gather it appears as if it occurs for the first announcement in particular, but seemingly only when the announcement is set as the app is loaded (opposed to not at all). Seeing to NEEDINFO for now to investigate further.
This is not a forms issue.
