Description Alan McGovern 2012-02-05 20:01:05 UTC
1) Open MonoDevelop.sln
2) Open IdeStartup.cs
3) Run a git blame
4) Select the first hunk after all the using statements and namespace declarations, right click and choose the 'View Diff'

MonoDevelop switches to the diff view and selects two revisions (one in the left pane and one in the right pane). These revisions are frequently incorrect and an exception is thrown as the file cannot be read.
