Sample app

### Overview

When an app with a splash screen is run on an iPhone 5S running iOS9, the splash screen is slightly shifted or cut off when the app is run.

### Steps to reproduce

1) Download the sample app (attached)

2) Run the app on an iPhone 5S with iOS9

### Expected results

Splash screen fills up the whole screen

### Actual results

Splash screen doesn't fill up the whole screen (seems to be shifted down)

This bug also happens when I create a brand new app from Xcode 7 and run it.

Seems to be an iOS issue, not Xamarin.
